  1,install,
  Refers to a series of basic requirements for the smooth installation of the circuit board into the cabinet,housing and slots,without space interference,short circuit and other accidents,and for the designated connector to be located in the designated position on the cabinet or housing.
  2,force
  The PCB should be able to withstand all external forces and vibration during installation and operation.For this reason,the circuit board should have a reasonable shape,and the positions of various holes(screw holes,special-shaped holes)on the board should be arranged reasonably.Generally,the distance between the hole and the plate edge should be at least larger than the diameter of the hole.Also note that the weakest section of the plate due to the shaped hole should have sufficient bending strength.In particular,the connectors of the equipment shell that are"protruded"directly from the board should be properly fixed to ensure the reliability of long-term use.
  3,heat
  For high-power devices with severe heat,in addition to ensuring heat dissipation conditions,the device should be placed in an appropriate position.Especially in the precise simulation system,we should pay more attention to the adverse effect of temperature field generated by these devices on the fragile preamplifier circuit.The part with very high power should be made into a module separately and some thermal isolation measures should be taken between the signal processing circuit.
  4,signal
  Signal interference is the most important factor to be considered in PCB layout design.Several basic aspects are as follows:weak signal circuit and strong signal circuit are separated or even isolated;The alternating part is separated from the direct part.The high frequency part is separated from the low frequency part.Note the direction of the signal line;The arrangement of ground lines;Appropriate shielding and filtering measures.
  5,beautiful
  Consider not only the orderly placement of the components,but also the graceful flow of the wires.Since the layman sometimes pays more attention to the former in order to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of circuit design unilaterally,for the sake of product image,the former should be given priority when performance requirements are not harsh.However,in the case of high performance,if you have to use double panel,and the circuit board is also encapsulated in it,usually invisible,you should give priority to the aesthetics of routing.
